Job Description
The Graham Hotel in Port Melbourne is seeking a professional duty manager to join our team on a full time basis. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, lead front-of-house operations and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will open and close the venue, manage stock, maintain hygiene standards and coordinate with kitchen staff. A valid RSA, strong people management, and full working rights in Australia are required.
