Job Description
The Best Drop Tavern in Kalamunda requires a casual Chef De Partie. We serve Modern Australian/Pub type fare. Hours will be ******* per week. You must be competent to pan level, this is not a trainee position.

We serve lunch and dinner, seven days per week.

The position is casual, and starts at HIGA Award Level 3 or 4, dependent on experience and competency.

YOU NEED:

Good availability
n
Food Handler's Certificate and/or Food Safety Supervisor's Certificate
n
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar (preferably pub) environment
n
Public transport is poor in our suburb, so you should have your own reliable transport
n
The ability to work independently
n
Excellent verbal and written communication
n
Creativity, imagination and a willingness to bring ideas to the table
n
Attention to detail
n
