We are looking for a fully trade-qualified Cabinet Maker to join our factory-based production team.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced cabinet maker who takes pride in producing quality cabinetry, works efficiently and can confidently read plans and manufacture cabinetry from drawings and specifications.

This is a factory-based position only – there is no site work or installation required.
n
You will be working as part of our factory team manufacturing kitchens, laundries and vanities for project home builders.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Manufacturing and assembling cabinetry to a high standard
n
Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and job specifications
n
Operating cabinet-making machinery and workshop equipment
n
Working with a range of board products, hardware and components
n
Checking your work for accuracy, quality and finish throughout production
n
Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues
n
Ensuring jobs are completed accurately and within required production timeframes
n
Working efficiently as part of a factory production team
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and productive work area
n




Ensuring machinery and equipment is operated correctly and safely
n
Following company manufacturing procedures and quality standards
n
Assisting other members of the factory team when required
n
Ensuring materials, components and finished cabinetry are handled and stored appropriately
n

About you
n
n
Fully trade-qualified Cabinet Maker (or carpenter)
n
Solid experience in cabinet making, kitchens or joinery manufacturing
n
Confident reading and interpreting plans and drawings
n
Experienced in manufacturing and assembling cabinetry
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Able to work efficiently and meet production deadlines
n
Practical with good problem-solving skills
n
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
n
Takes pride in their workmanship
n
Comfortable working in a busy factory production environment
n
Good understanding of cabinet-making machinery and workshop processes
n
Current driver's licence preferred
n
