We are excited to be expanding our presence across Myer nationally and are looking for a passionate Concession Supervisor to lead and grow our new Commonry concession at Myer Carindale.

In This Role, You'll Need To

n
Mentor, lead and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
Lead by example, inspiring and engaging your team to achieve sales and service goals
n
Drive concession performance through strong commercial acumen and ownership of budgets and growth expectations
n
Build strong customer relationships and create personalised styling experiences
n
Manage stock levels, inventory and loss prevention practices to maximise sales opportunities
n
Ensure the concession maintains Commonry's visual standards and brand presentation
n
Partner effectively with Myer leaders and team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
n
n
THE PERFECT FIT:
n
n
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within fashion retail
n
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial outcomes
n
A people-centric leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
n
Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously
n




Confidence providing feedback, recognising achievements and creating a positive team culture
n
Experience managing stock, inventory and loss prevention processes.
