Description

Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain driver-based financial models.
n
Develop rolling forecasts and provide analysis on risks, opportunities and performance trends.
n
Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting, including commentary and variance analysis.
n
Business partner with operational stakeholders, supporting decision-making, financial performance and strategic initiatives.
n
Build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses.
n
Support pricing reviews, margin analysis, cost-to-serve assessments and commercial sustainability initiatives.
n




Provide financial support for grant applications, acquittals and compliance reporting.
n
Work closely with AP, AR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial inputs and reporting.

Profile
n
n
CA or CPA qualified (essential).
n
Robust background in FP&A;, management accounting or commercial finance.
n
Experience leading budgets, forecasts and financial modelling.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability with SLT.
n
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
n
Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or other government-funded sectors would be highly regarded.

Job Offer

Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + Super
n
