As the Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you will oversee the day-to-day administration, financial management, and operational functions of the organisation. You will work alongside the CEO in a trusted leadership support role, taking ownership of all office operations and business administration functions. Key responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable
n
Process payroll and wage administration
n
Conduct bank reconciliations
n
Prepare and monitor budgets
n
Prepare income and expenditure reporting
n
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance
n
Prepare reports for auditors and accountants
n
Develop and implement office systems and procedures
n
Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
n
Support Board and governance requirements
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in an Office Management, Bookkeeping, Finance Administration, or Business Operations role
n
Strong bookkeeping and financial administration skills
n
Experience managing budgets and preparing financial reports
n
Experience with payroll processing and financial software
n
Experience developing and implementing office systems and procedures
n
High-level organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based business systems
n
