The Role
n
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our energetic team. This is a unique opportunity to work across our beautiful boutique properties in Potts Point, Randwick and Bondi providing you with variety, cross-training, and hands-on exposure to different property operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Delivering warm, welcoming, and efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
n
Managing daily reservations, guest enquiries, and phone correspondence with professionalism.
n
Providing local recommendations and assisting our guest requests.
n
Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in daily front desk operations and administration.
n
Collaborating closely with a small, supportive team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
n

About You
n




To be successful in this role, you will be a natural people person who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Brings a positive attitude, genuine warmth, and strong customer service skills.

Is highly flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple locations (Potts Point, Randwick and Bondi).

Has great attention to detail and takes immense pride in their work.
n
Is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the hospitality industry.
n
Has previous experience in hotel reception or front office (highly preferred).
n
Has experience using MEWS Property Management System (highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right candidate).
