Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:54 am to 3:00 pm

Location: Villawood, NSW

Lush Manufacturing is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver.
n
This safety-critical role combines forklift operation with hands-on warehouse and stock management. You'll play an important role in ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and safely, helping us meet our manufacturing and distribution targets.
n
Our factory is located in Villawood, Sydney, with Leightonfield station just a short walk away for those commuting by train.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely operating forklifts to unload, move, and store stock across the warehouse and production areas.




n
Receiving, checking, and accurately processing incoming stock
n
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
n
Picking, packing, labelling, wrapping, and dispatching orders to Lush stores.
n
Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
n
Supporting Dangerous Goods (DG) handling and documentation (when required)
n
Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies, damage, or quality issues
n
Assisting with other warehouse-related tasks as needed - we're a team, and we all pitch in!

Our Perfect Match
n
n
Has previous experience in a warehouse environment and/or data entry duties.
n
Has a current forklift driver's license
n
Has strong communication skills and can speak clearly in English.
n
Is proficient in Microsoft Office or similar applications.
n
Is physically able to perform tasks, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting up to 20kg, and completing manual tasks.
n
Has high attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
n
Is available to work Monday-Friday (6.54am - 3.00pm).
n
Has full working rights in Australia.
n
