Job Description
REV Distribution APAC (home of KNOX Hydrate) and Tobacco Market are two fast-growing startups looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day order flow, customer service, account management, and general administration across both businesses. This is a hands-on, varied role — perfect for someone early in their career who wants to get in on the ground floor and learn how a business really runs, from the systems and processes through to customer relationships and day-to-day decision-making.

You'll report to the Operations Manager and Commercial Manager, working closely with both teams to keep orders moving, customers looked after, and the business running smoothly.

What you'll do:

Order Flow
n
n
Manage order processing across WooCommerce
n
Support invoicing and reconciliation in Xero
n
Coordinate shipping and dispatch via Starshippit
n
n
Customer Service
n
n
Manage support tickets, emails, and phone enquiries
n
Own issue resolution and follow-through to close-out
n
Process current customer approvals — licence checks, information verification, and testing
n
Run weekly delivery audits
n
Run payment audits and monitor credit terms
n




Check in regularly with small accounts to maintain relationships
n

Administration
n

Assist with day-to-day business operations as needed
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
1–3 years' experience in operations, customer service, administration, or a similar coordination role
n
Comfortable learning new systems — no prior
WooCommerce/Xero/Starshippit
experience required, full training provided
n
Strong attention to detail, especially with audits, approvals, and compliance checks
n
Confident communicator across phone, email, and ticketing systems
n
Organised self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities across two businesses
n
