We are actively seeking suitably experienced and qualified casual relief staff for Laidley Kindergarten.

The Role:

As a valued member of our teaching team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing children's curiosity, creativity, and capability, supporting them to become confident lifelong learners.

You'll step in during staff absences, programming days, staff development days, and extended leave periods, using your passion for education to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and families.
n

What You'll Bring:
n
n
Hold or be working towards the completion of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (as recognised by ACECQA)
n
Ability and knowledge to perform the role of responsible person in charge
n
First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
n
A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
n
Up to date Child Safety training (GECKO Modules 1,2, and 3) or ability to complete prior to commencement
n
A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday during school terms, ideally from 8:00am through to 3:30pm

Laidley Kindergarten Association is a child-safe organisation. All employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a 'Restricted Person' under the QLD Blue Card System.
