About the Role
n
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for both field-based and workshop servicing of medical devices, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and client expectations.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
On-site and workshop-based compliance testing (electrical safety and performance verification)
n
Preventative maintenance and corrective repairs across a wide range of medical-class equipment
n
Servicing equipment in accordance with AS/NZS **** and internal quality procedures
n
Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repair solutions
n
Completing service documentation and compliance reports using digital systems
n
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with healthcare staff and facility management
n
Working autonomously in the field while contributing to a collaborative service team
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong technical background along with a customer-focused mindset.
n
Essential requirements:
n
n
Relevant technical qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar
n
Minimum 2 years' industry experience servicing medical or related equipment
n
Strong fault-finding, analytical, and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
n
High level of computer literacy and confidence with digital reporting systems
n
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple service calls
n
Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality service delivery
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Experience with assistive technology, aged care equipment, or hospital-grade medical devices will be highly regarded.
n
