Chameleon Customer Contact are excited to announce our partnership with Origin Energy, Australia's most well-known tier 1 electricity retailer, and with the expansion of their Small Business Sales Team in Victoria!

We are hiring an additional 8x BDMs across metropolitan & regional Victoria to join the team (30 headcount total), paying full-time hours, flexible & permanent employment contracts available, with an amazing bonus & career progression structure in place to take you on the next step in your career journey.

n
Small business sales specialist / BDM, team leader & territory manager roles available.
n
You will be ultimately responsible for small business customer service & acquisition, managing your own geographic small-business territory close to home; such as Wyndham, Hobson's Bay, Darebin, Greater Dandenong, Whitehorse, Melbourne etc... and of course Greater Bendigo, Greater Geelong, Ballarat & Latrobe City.

RetailAward: $35-$36/hr+ +Super+ comms & bonuses (CASUAL)

RetailAward: $66k-$70k+ full time, permanent (inc Super)+ comms & bonuses (FULL TIME)

Uncapped commission structure ON TOP OF SALARY!

Top performers earn $1,500-$3,000/month in commissions
n
$95k-$105k per annum on target earnings

Previous experience in direct sales, retail sales and/or customer service is essential.
