This role can be based from Adelaide, Melbourne or Tasmania.

We are seeking a Lead Power Pages & Power Platform Developer to join our Microsoft practice and work across customer-facing portal solutions, Dynamics 365 CE and the broader Power Platform.
n
This is a hands-on development role where strong, practical Power Pages experience is essential. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing secure, user-friendly portals and integrating them with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to deliver outstanding digital experiences for our customers.
n You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, customers and delivery teams to turn requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Role
n
n
Design, develop and enhance Microsoft Power Pages portals for customer and external user experiences.
n
Configure and develop Power Pages sites, including authentication, permissions, web roles, page templates, forms, lists and navigation.
n
Develop and customise Dataverse solutions supporting Power Pages and Dynamics 365.
n
Develop integrations between Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, Dataverse and other systems.
n
Build and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including tables/entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and other CRM functionality.
n
Develop Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
n
Work with APIs and integration technologies to connect portal and CRM solutions with external systems.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex development and production issues.
n




Work closely with functional consultants and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
Follow development best practice across security, performance, accessibility, testing and deployment.
n
Participate in code reviews, technical design and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Contribute to reusable components, development standards and technical documentation.
n
Provide technical guidance and support to other developers where required.

Experience
n
n
Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft Power Pages portals
n
Demonstrated experience building and customising customer-facing or external-facing Power Pages solutions.
n
Strong knowledge of Power Pages architecture, Dataverse, authentication and security, including web roles and table permissions.
n
Strong front-end development skills including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
n
Experience with Liquid templates and Power Pages development.
n
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development.
n
Experience developing and customising Dataverse solutions.
n
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
n
Experience integrating Power Pages / Dataverse / Dynamics 365 with other systems and APIs.
n
Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customisation, configuration and development.
n
Experience with source control and deployment practices, ideally using Azure DevOps.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Good understanding of security, performance and accessibility considerations for portal development.
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and delivery teams.
