Job Description
This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, building strong relationships with owners and tenants, coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in accordance with NSW tenancy legislation.

Key responsibilities
n
Manage a portfolio of residential properties from lease commencement through to vacating.
n
Maintain strong and professional relationships with property owners and tenants.
n
Respond to owner and tenant enquiries promptly and professionally.
n
Manage rent payments, arrears and rental adjustments.
n
Prepare and manage residential tenancy agreements, renewals and lease documentation.
n
Coordinate routine inspections, entry notices, vacate inspections and property condition reports.
n
Organise and follow up maintenance and repairs with tradespeople.
n
Obtain quotes and seek owner approval for maintenance and capital works where required.
n
Liaise with strata managers, building managers, contractors and suppliers.
n
Handle tenant maintenance requests and ensure issues are followed up through to completion.
n
About you
n
Previous experience in property management is preferred.
n
Strong knowledge of, or willingness to learn, NSW residential tenancy legislation.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
n
High attention to detail.
n
Ability to manage multiple properties, tasks and deadlines.
n
Professional presentation and confident communication.
n
Ability to work independently while also being a robust team player.
n
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is preferred.
