This registered NDIS health provider provides a range of community-based, Allied Health services to people of all ages & of all abilities.

Offering a comprehensive 12 month Current Graduate training program - launch your career as a Speech Pathologist and gain experience working with a diverse range of patients, in a variety of home and community settings.

Full Time and Part Time Roles available.

The Role:
n
You will be joining a multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models including; telehealth, community visits, & centre-based services.
n
n
Assessing and providing speech, language and communication interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities
n
Working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement
n
Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment
n
Timely documentation & report writing
n
Managing a varied caseload
n
Meeting company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables & effective client management)
n
Attending meetings, supervision & personal development (as required)
n
Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, & referral sources
n
Working across leading software platforms & online tools
n
n
Support:

24-hour access to a Teams chat, so you can ask questions about your caseload at any time
n
A buddy system,
you will be paired up a more experienced therapist who can provide guidance & additional support
n
Engage in mentoring sessions where discipline-specific groups meet & discuss a variety of cases
n

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
SPA membership
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
