The Role
n
We're looking for a Bar Manager who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team and make sure our bars consistently deliver an extraordinary experience.
n
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bars across our venues, working closely with Venue Management to drive service, team performance and commercial results.
n
What you'll be responsible for:

Leading, training and developing our bar teams
n
Creating genuine connections with guests and delivering extraordinary experiences
n
Maintaining exceptional service and product standards
n




Driving cocktail and beverage quality and consistency
n
Managing bar operations, stock control and ordering
n
Rostering and managing labour effectively
n
Supporting menu development and beverage innovation
n
Driving sales and controlling beverage costs
n
Creating a positive, high-performance team culture
n
n

Proven experience managing a busy bar or hospitality venue
n
Robust leadership and people-management skills
n
Commercial awareness and an understanding of bar costs and margins
n
The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
n
High standards and attention to detail
n
A genuine passion for people and hospitality
n
The ability to create authentic connections with guests and your team
n
The confidence to lead a team and hold people accountable
n
