Be a part of a multidisciplinary team of psychologists (with 3 supervisors), Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, Counsellors and Occupational Therapists.

Salary ranging from $85,000 - $115,000
n
Professional Development allowance of up to $1,000 per year with an additional 3 days study leave.
n
Flexible hybrid work model with a mixture of community and clinic-based sessions available.
n
Option between part time and full-time hours (minimum 3-days per week)

Potential to work-from-home!
n
A collaborative and welcoming team, with regular team bonding days and staff events.

Quarterly bonuses for achieving billable hours (c.5 per day)
n
Travel Reimbursement of 99c per kilometre travelled
n
Structured weekly supervision, with peer supervision once per month and regular buddy time for any issues that arise.

About the Role:
n

Work across the lifespan delivering therapeutic support to a broad caseload
n
Referrals from NDIS, GPs, paediatricians, WorkCover, TAC, and word-of-mouth!
n
Mix of clinic and community-based services with generous travel reimbursements
n
Flexibility to pursue your clinical passions and preferred modalities
n
Reports peer-reviewed to ensure quality and learning
n
Encouraged to contribute to team learning sessions and internal PD
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 2+ years postgraduate experience (background in mental health sector preferred)
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
n
AHPRA Registration
n
n
