Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 plus super

The Role
n
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of exhibition and event installations from planning through to on-site execution. Acting as the key client representative on-site, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
n
Key Responsibilities include;
n
n
Manage the end-to-end delivery of exhibition and event installation projects.
n
Coordinate project schedules, labour, contractors, transport and site logistics.
n
Lead on-site installation and dismantle crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
n




Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and subcontractors.
n
Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
n
Ensure all Work Health & Safety requirements are met and promote a strong safety culture.
n
Monitor project budgets, labour utilisation and resource allocation.
n
Maintain accurate project documentation, contractor timesheets and reporting.
n
Work collaboratively with internal production, design and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
n

The Candidate
n
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and hands-on Project Manager with experience delivering exhibitions and events projects. You will be confident managing multiple stakeholders, leading teams on-site and solving problems under pressure.
n
n
Previous experience managing exhibition, event, construction or fit-out projects.
n
Strong project planning and organisational skills.
n
Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and on-site crews.
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
n
Knowledge of Work Health & Safety practices within live event or construction environments.
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during event installations.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
n
