A high-impact opportunity has opened for a Manager - Reporting & Prioritisation to sit at the intersection of data, strategy, portfolio management and executive decision-making.
n
This is not a traditional reporting role. You'll own the enterprise reporting strategy while helping senior leaders determine where the business should focus its time, investment and resources.
n
You'll turn data into clear commercial insight, establish performance frameworks and bring structure to competing priorities across Technology, Product, Data, Finance and Operations.

About the role
n
n
Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and performance strategy.
n
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and OKRs that drive better decisions.
n
Lead portfolio prioritisation across data, analytics, technology and business initiatives.
n
Assess competing initiatives based on value, customer impact, risk, regulatory requirements and capacity.
n
Provide concise, commercially focused reporting to Executive Leadership and Board stakeholders.
n
Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities and recommend action.
n
Establish governance frameworks around reporting, prioritisation and delivery.
n
Work with leadership to align organisational capacity and investment with strategic priorities.
n
Improve reporting quality, consistency, automation and self-service analytics.
n




Lead and develop a high-performing reporting and portfolio management team.
n

About you
n
You'll be a strategic, commercially minded leader who can move comfortably between data, business strategy and senior stakeholders.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
5–10+ years' experience across reporting, analytics, strategy, portfolio management or business operations.
n
Strong experience presenting to executive and Board-level stakeholders.
n
Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
n
Strong understanding of KPI, OKR and performance management frameworks.
n
Experience managing competing priorities and organisational resources.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
Robust analytical and commercial problem-solving capability.
n
n
Technical toolkit
n
Proficiency across Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel and SQL a must.
n Experience across Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric a big plus.
n Exposure to Jira, DevOps, Smartsheet, Confluence and project/portfolio management will also be beneficial.
n
