Job Description
Laidout Roofing & Carpentry are a growing company with a high volume of domestic insurance works. We are currently looking for Supervisors to join our team and manage roof repair projects across Brisbane.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full working rights.
n
Daily duties will include.
n
Initial assessment of the scope and works required
n
Liaising with clients, our subcontractors and other trades on site
n
Reporting and quoting for repairs
n
Taking responsibility for the job from the materials landing on site, to clean-up.
n
Ensuring the job is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
n
Providing updates to insurance builders, homeowners and internal stakeholders
n




Overseeing roofing activities to ensure all work is completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
n
Experience and Attributes Required.
n
Ability to manage several jobs at once
n
Coordination of trades and materials
n
Positive computer skills with knowledge
n
Knowledge of Prime Eco System a bonus but not essential
n
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
n
Team player, with a can-do attitude
n
Experience and Attributes Desired
n
Estimating, scope of works and variations
n
Residential renovation and maintenance
n
Demonstrated experience in roofing or carpentry trades
