We're looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Brisbane based team on full-time basis. This is your chance to be the voice of the brand, supporting customers across multiple channels and making every interaction count!

What you'll be doing

Providing personalised support across multiple customer channels, including phone, email, live chat and social media.
n
Resolving customer enquiries and complaints efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
n
Processing customer transactions, returns, payments and account updates.
n
Maintaining accurate records and case notes within our CRM system.
n
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service,



retail or contact centre environment.
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
n
Confidence working across multiple systems and digital platforms.
n
A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach
