We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, keep the team moving and take ownership of quality, performance and results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
n
Lead and develop a large team of skilled detailers.
n
Allocate work to maximise workflow, productivity and efficiency.
n
Set high-quality standards for new vehicle presentation.
n
Identify and correct paint imperfections, halos, fallout and other defects.
n
Monitor individual KPIs, performance and efficiencies.
n
Manage team performance and behaviour when required.
n
Work with suppliers to control costs and maximise value.
n
Manage detailing materials and ensure stock is maintained.
n
Liaise with Quality Control to maintain preparation standards.
n
Drive continuous improvement across the team and operation.
n
Promote protected work practices and a positive team culture.
n
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
n
Experience in new vehicle detailing — dealership experience not essential.
n
Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
n
Strong eye for detail and passion for quality vehicle presentation.
n
Ability to identify and correct paint and presentation issues.
n
Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Confidence managing KPIs and team performance.
n
