ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
n
As a Key Account Manager, you will drive customer profitability, retention, and growth across large, strategic, and multinational clients.
n
You will play a key role in delivering value-led travel programs while building strong, executive-level relationships across global markets.
n
This is a high-impact role where you will influence strategic direction, optimise commercial outcomes, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver best‐in‐class customer experiences.
n
You will be at the centre of innovation, using insights and technology to enhance customer programs and unlock new opportunities.
n
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
n
n
Drive customer profitability, growth, and retention across strategic global accounts
n
Identify opportunities for value-added sales, growth, and increased service adoption
n
Conduct profit and loss reviews and ensure commercial agreements are met
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
n
Engage internal teams (operations, finance, technology) to deliver value and service excellence
n
Lead strategic conversations to influence customer programs and business decisions
n
Deliver innovation by recommending and implementing new products and services
n
Develop and execute customer business plans aligned to client goals
n
Analyse customer data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
n
Utilise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage communications and track activities
n
Manage and deliver key customer projects with transparent stakeholder communication
n
Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimise contract performance and delivery
n
Influence change through strong storytelling, ROI articulation, and data insights
n
n
Minimum experience and qualifications:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in Account Management
n
Proven success managing large, strategic, or multinational customers
n
Commercial acumen and experience managing customer profitability
n
Ability to build executive‐level relationships
n
Experience working with cross‐functional and global teams
n
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
n
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
n
Strong project management capability
n
Travel industry experience preferred
n
