About the Role
n
We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join our team—offering a full time opportunity across our Nambour and Noosa clinics.
n
You'll support patients and clinical teams through your organisation, empathy and attention to detail.
n
A Day In The Life At SCR
n
n
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
n
Managing bookings, phones and patient enquiries
n
Processing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)
n
Supporting our clinical teams daily
n
Handling confidential medical information with care
n
Liaising with referrers, doctors and patients about




appointments/results
n
Attending training and team meetings
n
n
About You
n
You're calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment. You'll bring:

n
Previous experience in
Medical/Dental/Allied
Health/Radiology reception
n
Knowledge of medical terminology
n
Strong computer & booking system skills
n
Excellent communication & presentation
n
A professional, respectful and team-focused attitude
n
