This is an exciting opportunity for a driven bookkeeping professional to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function for a portfolio of hotels while partnering closely with operational leaders to support business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end finance processesfor a portfolio of hotels, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.
Manage daily sales processing, accounts payable and weekly bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly journals, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reports, and support month-end close.
Assist with payroll, budgeting, forecasting,
and other operational finance activities as required.
Drive process improvements while providing finance support to hotel management and property teams.
About You
3+ years' bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally within a medium to large organisation.
Qualifications in Bookkeeping or Business Administration will be highly regarded but are not essential.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office Suite.
