The role
n
We are seeking expressions of interest from high performing Senior Water Infrastructure Engineers/Project Managers who wish the next step into a leadership position managing the Melbourne business. As Manager – Water Infrastructure, Melbourne this is an opportunity to take ownership of the business and drive growth areas within Water Infrastructure.
n
The successful candidate will have highly competent management and business development skills (e.g. industry profiling activities; sourcing new clients; repeat work from existing clients) to expand the water team capability in the region and source business opportunities to support the ongoing activities of a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.
n
With a minimum of 10 years' industry experience, you will play a key role in:

n
Identifying, winning and delivering water infrastructure projects
n




Contributing to the growth of the team through targeted client relationship management and business development activity
n
Managing the commercial performance of the team
n
Effectively managing and leading the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development
n
Providing input to projects at a project management and/or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of both timeliness and quality
n
n
Suitable Applicants Will Have/be
n
n
Chartered Professional Engineer
n
Tertiary qualification in Engineering
n
10+ years' professional industry experience in Water Infrastructure
n
Experience of delivering technical projects within a consultancy environment both in a Design and Project management capacity.
n
The ability to prepare successful proposals with the correct scope and budget
n
The ability to submit technical reports to a high standard requiring minimal correction; and provide final review of reports
n
n
