Our client is a long established, multi-franchised new car dealership located in the Liverpool area of Sydney. They are seeking a switched on, self motivated Business Manager or F & I Manager to join their busy finance department. This is a family owned operation and as such offers candidates strong career progression opportunities, as well as state of the art facilities, a friendly and vibrant working atmosphere and a strong income stream.

The applicant we are seeking will be either a fully experienced recent car dealership Business Manager or possibly someone from New Car Sales looking to make the move across to a BM role. You will have strong sales, closing and organizational skills, and of course be totally reliable. You will be a hard worker and derive your job satisfaction from creating happy clients as well as from your own success. You will be well presented and have a pleasant, friendly personality.

Salary for this role will consist of a retainer of between $60k - $70k (depending on experience), super, commission structure, and car or car allowance will also be provided.
