We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a collaborative and high-performing customer support team. About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide professional support and resolve a variety of account-related enquiries. You will investigate issues, liaise with internal teams and ensure every customer interaction results in a positive outcome.

Working across phone, email and online customer portals, you will build relationships, solve problems and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online portal
n
Investigate customer requests and provide timely solutions
n




Manage account-related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy
n
Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
n
Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
n
Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
n
Work collaboratively to achieve team service goals

You will ideally have:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with information and numbers
