You'llcombineyour aged caretechnicalfinancialexpertisewithtrusted client advice, helping aged care providers solve complex challenges.
To do this you will beingworking alongsideahighly respectedteam ofStewart BrownPartners, Directorsand a diverse professional team.
The opportunity
Work will beacross Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living,Support at Homeandwithpurpose-led organisations.You'llpartner directly withStewart Brownclients to interpret financial performance, navigate reform, buildpracticalsolutionsandstrengthen organisational capability.
One day youwillbe presenting to a Board.
The next, reviewing forecasting models, mentoringjuniorconsultantsorsupporting a provider through significant operational change.

You'llbring
CA or CPAqualificationswithsignificantaged care finance experience
Strongknowledge of AN-ACC, Care Minutes, forecasting,prudentialrequirementsandaged care reform
Outstandingfinancialaccounting, modellingand advisory capability
The confidence to build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Executiveteamsand Boards
Excellentcommunicationskills(writtenand verbal),high professionalstandards,commercialjudgementandprofessional gravitas
