KeyResponsibilities:ProjectSupport & Testing:Ensure all project testing activities are performed with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Maintain clear and consistent communication updates with the reporting manager and relevantstakeholders.Ensurecomprehensive test scripts are adhered to or escalated if issuesConduct rigorous data analysis to identify any discrepancies or unexpected system behavioural changes.Document and raise IT system tickets for any issues,



or defects with clear and concisedetails.Collaboratewith the regional head office project team and local operations team to resolve issues.Support Operation's Team BAU and assigned tasks if assigned anyDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks relating to data entry and data cleansing and contribute to team workload as needed.Occasional weekend support may be required to support testing activities and projectmilestones.Qualifications&Experience;:Demonstratedexperience supporting projects, testing activities or system implementations, preferably within banking or financial services.Strong understanding of UAT and LV processExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-pacedenvironment.Familiaritywith payments, swift, or regulatory reporting is highlydesirable.Location:DBSSydneyJob:OperationsSchedule:Contract(Fixed Term)Employee Status:Full time
