Job Description
Demant seeks an experienced finance professional to lead offshore transition of core accounting processes across ANZ.
You will document end-to-end procedures, develop SOPs, and train offshore resources while ensuring IFRS compliance and robust control environments.
You will partner with Finance Managers and Shared Services to monitor transitions, drive process improvements, and support month-end through year-end close activities.
A robust Excel and ERP skillset is essential for success.
