V/Line in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Manager Fleet Control to lead the IOC Fleet Control team, oversee fleet allocation, availability and deployment, and drive safety and performance.
Based at Bourke Street with regional travel to Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and Shepparton, you'll manage cross-location crews, coordinate with stakeholders and respond to disruptions.
You'll champion continuous improvement, mentor frontline leaders and uphold safety standards in a dynamic rail workplace.
