Victoria Police is seeking an experienced industrial relations qualified to join a small, high-performing team responsible for negotiating and implementing enterprise bargaining outcomes across Victoria Police.
The role supports the EBA28 Project, advising on bargaining strategy, consultation, negotiation and implementation with diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will analyse complex workplace issues, develop practical solutions and provide executive guidance.
