HammondCare is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to deliver expert IT support to staff across the organisation in St Leonards, NSW.
The role covers end-user devices, software deployments, and service delivery with in office responsibilities.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years in IT support, strong Microsoft product knowledge (365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), and ITIL familiarity.
Travel to HammondCare sites may be required, with a pathway for leadership and mentoring of the team.
