WORLDWIDE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PTY LTD in Melbourne invites an experienced pastry training qualified for a fixed-term contract of 4 weeks to audit and upgrade the Academy's pastry and bakery training kitchen.
You will design upgrade plans, coordinate with the Academy team, and deliver intensive hands-on upskilling sessions across advanced techniques including sourdough, lamination, chocolate tempering and modern patisserie.
