City of Kingston is seeking a People & Training Officer to support Waves Leisure Centre and the recent Mordi Aquatic Centre.
This newly created permanent part-time role (30.4 hours/week) focuses on recruiting, onboarding, training, and workforce compliance to ensure a skilled and engaged team.
You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and development, maintain records and LMS, and work with leaders to build capability and a positive employee experience across our aquatic services.
