UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families – Townsville QLD is hiring a Supported Living Facilitator in Disability Services, NDIS on a casual basis.
Remuneration is AU$***** per hour plus Super and NFP salary packaging.
No experience is required, but CPR and First Aid certificates are required before you start, along with an Open Australian Driver's Licence.
You will support individuals in daily living, work with families and networks, and help create and review plans that promote autonomy,
