[Client] is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel across a broad range of legal, transactional, governance, and regulatory matters in a fast-paced environment.
You will own matters, build solid stakeholder relationships, and contribute to developing our junior legal capability.
The role is based primarily in Melbourne CBD with opportunities for regular in-person collaboration; you will oversee complex commercial matters and lead a small legal team as needed.
