Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is hiring a Pastry Commis Chef on a part-time basis.
You will support pastry production for all service periods, reporting to the Executive Chef, and adapt to special requests to create memorable dining experiences.
You will join a quick-paced kitchen, bringing strong teamwork, food safety discipline, and a passion for learning new techniques while maintaining high quality standards.
