Demant is seeking an experienced finance qualified to support offshoring transitions and financial controls for ANZ.
You will document processes, develop SOPs, and coordinate offshore resources, ensuring IFRS compliance and robust balance sheet reconciliations.
You will partner with Finance Managers and Shared Services, drive process improvements, support ERP transformations, and deliver timely month-end and year-end close with accuracy.
