Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is seeking a Member Experience Officer to deliver a high level of service to members and guests, supporting acquisition and retention of memberships. You will respond to queries in-person, by phone and email, and drive campaigns while adhering to POS, cash handling and venue hire processes.

The role requires weekend, early morning and evening availability, robust interpersonal and organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
