Join our Operations Team at Sunshine, VIC ****! Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:30am–5:00pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner to fill this permanent, hands‐on role that will keep you active and away from the desk.
n
What you will do:
n
n
Remove plates and registration stickers safely - following company procedures.
n
Catalogue assets – record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
n
Snap & record it – photograph assets and upload to our auction system quickly and accurately.
n
Deliver great service – accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.
n
Team support – help out where needed.
n
Collaborate across departments – keep branch operations running seamlessly.
n
Follow WHS rules – keep security top priority.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
n
n
Some knowledge or a keen interest in cars
n
Highly driven and energised
n
Organised with a solution focused approach to work
n
Clear and effective communicator
n
Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
n
Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
n
