Well-performing and renowned medical components company is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their NSW warehouse near North Ryde. You will manage a small team, overseeing warehouse performance, inventory control, logistics, and team development, while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

The Role
n
Reporting to the operations manager the Warehouse Manager is accountable for overseeing and managing all daily activities within NSW. Responsibilities will be to:

Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and logistics.
n
Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing of stock and materials
n
Maintain high inventory accuracy and stock control across all warehouse locations
n
Monitor warehouse consumables and operational supplies
n
Plan labour and resources to meet changing business demands
n
Manage warehouse operating costs including staffing, consumables, and equipment
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and regulatory standards




n
Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to achieve high performance
n
Partner with internal stakeholders to support business and customer requirements
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
n
n
Your Background & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Supervisor role
n
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
n
Experience using
warehouse/inventory
systems, SAP B1 exposure an advantage
n
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously
n
