Concept Management Group is currently seeking an experienced and reliableWarehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operatorto join our client's busy warehouse team based in Liverpool.

About the Role
n This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
n Unlike highly automated warehouses, this is a hands‐on role where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operations.
n We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately
n
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
n
Operate a forklift to move stock throughout the warehouse
n
Receive, inspect and store incoming goods
n
Maintain accurate stock control and inventory handling
n
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Work collaboratively to ensure customer orders are completed on time
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current LF Forklift Licence with minimum 2-3 years
experience(essential)
n
Previous experience in a warehouse pick and pack environment
n
Experience loading and unloading trucks safely
n
Strong attention to detail with accurate picking and inventory handling
n
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
n
Dependable, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast‐paced warehouse environment
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive workplace
n
A robust commitment to workplace health and safety
n
n
Highly Regarded but not essential:
n
n
Experience within the civil construction, engineering or building supplies industry
n
Experience operating a forklift fitted with acarpet prong attachment
n
n
