Our client is a national legal business who deliver for enterprise clients nationally. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, supportive team joining another part time LA to job share.

The Role
n
This is a part-time, job-share Legal Assistant position working 2-3 days per week, with 1 day from home. The role works specifically Wednesday to Friday (no flexibility on these days), job-sharing with another LA who covers Monday to Tuesday. You'll receive handover from your job-share partner on Wednesday and hand back over on Friday.

You'll be supporting a team of 3 partners (1 based in Adelaide).

Day to day you'll:

AML and compliance matters
n
Work across Expert and iManage systems
n




Manage handover processes with your job-share partner
n
Provide general legal secretarial and administrative support to the partner group
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Prior legal assistant or legal admin experience (open to students or someone returning from maternity leave)
n
Solid organisational skills and reliability, given the structured job-share arrangement
n
Comfort working autonomously is very important
n
Familiarity with AML/compliance processes (highly regarded, not essential)
n
