Job Description
Architectural Hardwood Joinery in Wollongong, NSW, is seeking a hands-on workshop lead to manage production of high-end timber windows, doors and joinery. You will work closely with management to keep the workshop productive, organised and on schedule while maintaining top workmanship.

You will lead tradesmen and apprentices, interpret drawings, set up CNC machines and drive safety, quality and efficiency across the team. A trade qualification and leadership experience are preferred.
