APK Auto Parts is seeking a senior parts professional to join our expanding team in Northgate. You will be a key member of our close-knit team, working with mechanics and workshops to supply brake and clutch parts efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and electronic messages from workshops and mechanics
n
Identify, source, and interpret correct brake and clutch parts efficiently
n
Utilise electronic catalogues to look up accurate vehicle specifications
n
Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to maintain our stellar reputation
n
Minimise errors to ensure our trademark "hassle-free" delivery experience
n
About you
n
Solid background as an Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter
n
Strong proficiency with cataloguing systems, preferably AutoInfo Oscar
n
High level of accuracy to ensure we always supply the right part first time
n
Genuine passion for delivering the best service experience every single time
n




Excellent verbal and written communication for handling busy phone lines and digital messages
