The Role
n
As the Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating your team to achieve and surpass sales goals
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering personalised styling advice
n
Implementing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
n
Training and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performance
n
Being the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client
n
n
Skills & Requirements
n
n
2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in apparel
n
A proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a storm
n
Strong communication skills
n
Previous experience in concession management is a plus
n
High energy and a vibrant personality
n
Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets
n
Attention to detail with robust visual merchandising skills
