Job Description
Based in Reservoir VIC, you'll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres, providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
n
Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.
n
Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
n
Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
n
Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support.
n
Act as first contact for on-site queries and escalated urgent issues.
n
Manage equipment and supplies,
reporting faults and maintaining stock.
n
Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures.
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
Previous cleaning experience
n
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team
n
Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
n
A smartphone for work communication.
n
Valid working rights in Australia.
n
Driver's licence and reliable car (essential)
n
Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
n
