Our client is looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their team. This is a great prospect for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable steel fabrication company.

The Role
n
Working as part of the fabrication team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating a range of steel components and structures, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality, accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
MIG welding and steel fabrication
n
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
n
Measuring, cutting, fitting and assembling steel components
n
Completing welding and fabrication work to a high standard
n
Using a range of hand and power tools
n
Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
Working both independently and as part of a team
n
n
About You
n




We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in welding and fabrication
n
Is confident with MIG welding
n
Can read and understand basic
engineering/fabrication
drawings
n
Has strong attention to detail
n
Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
n
Can work independently and as part of a team
n
Has a strong work ethic and reliable attitude
n
Is committed to workplace health and safety
n
